Reported Statements

Statement - утвердительное или отрицательное высказывание.

Reporting verbs:
say (said) something - сказать что-то
tell (told) somebody - сказать кому-то

She said, " I have found an interesting plant".

                                     



                                  She said (that) she had found an interesting plant.

He said to his mother, " I can't draw well".
